No, you don't enter anything in line 11 if you are only reporting the 3rd portion of the 2020 Covid distribution.
Entering the amount on lines 12 and 13 will carry 1/3 to line 15 which will be included in line 5b of your Form 1040. Please ignore the income summary during the interview when it shows $0. Please check Form 1040 to check if it is included in line 5b.
Also, verify Form 8915-F that you have no entry on line C. If you do follow the steps mentioned above to delete it.
