@xpec0 Thanks, but I figured it out about two weeks ago (see my post earlier in the thread here). Fairly ridiculous that (a) it hasn't been figured out by now, and (b) for some people, it seems that there's a dependency on the web browser (and/or its cache) — that makes even less sense if you're like me and have the desktop version.
