I’ve called 5 different phone numbers, tried reach the IRS as the one person from Turbo tax told me to do and I still don’t know when I will be receiving the rest of my refund ! I only received $999 out of my $ 2,859 through this new TBJ ! Which I also can’t reach . The number they provide is a joke. This is so stress inducing . If I would have known this would happen I would have stopped filling with TurboTax years ago. I was also unaware of this TBJ partnership . I really want straight forward answers and I need to know when I will be receiving the rest of my refund . I know I’m not the only one going through this .
