From your message I assume you are using a MAC wit the TT download for "MAC" version. With that premise in mind.
Open Safari - Goto Preferences - Privacy - click "Manage Website Data" button - [wait 20 seconds or so for data to load] scroll down to Edward Jones, select it - then the "Remove" button at the bottom of the box. Quit Safari.
Open Safari - Goto Edward Jones Website (https://onlineaccess.edwardjones.com/app/oa-login). You will have to use two part authentication with your Cell Phone. once logged on you can either log off or just go to TT.
After opening TT, Goto Income section 1 to view imports and follow the instructions.
This worked for me including the 1099 consolidated sports. I also checked for to insure information was entered correctly - it was.
