You can preview your return before filing, by following the instructions in the TurboTax FAQ: How do I preview my TurboTax Online return before filing?
If you are running into a loop, I suggest clearing your cache and deleting cookies. If still no luck, try a different browser and you may also want to completely logout of TurboTax, reboot your computer and then log back in, which should fix the issue.
