After you file

Due to "heavy call volume they were were experiencing long waits".   It would appear to me that with all of the similar complaints that the management at TurboTax would get into the issue so we ALL don't have to go fishing for an answer.  I noticed others having the same $1,500 shortage and that can't be a coincidence.   After using TurboTax for over 20 years if this can't be reconciled, I will definitely not be using it next year.   These "fees" are bad enough w/o being robbed by embezzlment by a 3rd party.
