There are all sorts of rationales for not getting your full refund (less their $39 fee) that don't account for my shortage. The IRS reported that my refund (after fees) would be $10,688 and TPG Products made a deposit into our savings acct. of only $9,188, $1,500 less w/o any answer why. No letter from the IRS or an email from Green Dot bank which (according to TurboTax) is supposed to be the party handling my refund.
