After you file
I started trying last week and got the same error, and have had the same problem until finally today I got it to work. I called my local Edward Jones rep, and they called corporate. Last week they recommended simplifying my password to exclude special characters, but that did not work. Today they recommended opening my browser and then trying to get TurboTax to connect, still a no go. Then the local office person recommended clearing browser history/cookies, leave the browser open, and then log in with TurboTax. That finally worked. I was using Chrome browser. Yeah!
