I have been trying since Feb 15 +/-
The original post I responded to was a person who had completed his daughters taxes on Feb 4 and import went well but it was Feb12 +/- and it no longer worked. He attributed it to whatever update TT did affected imports from EJ.
Last week he notified me he successfully imported from EJ after TT installed updates. So, it would appear that TT had indeed mess-up on the previous update. BTW - he is on Windows 10, he did not use Chrome but I don't remember which browser. Also, he did not go through anything special just imported.
I use a MAC 12.6.4 and Safari on 16.3. So, I suspect TT corrected the "for Windows" desktop download version but not the "for MAC" desktop download version. I have jumped through all the hoops trying to make imports work; simplify password, log into EJ prior to attempting import, spent 2 hours on phone with EJ Support all to no avail. I can't even get a confirmation from TT that they acknowledge the problem let alone are working on the problem.
So, I am patiently waiting for the "fix" to happen or it's very possible this will be my last year using TT Premier.
