Once your return has been accepted by the IRS, TurboTax is not involved in the process because of Privacy Laws. Privacy allows does not the IRS to share information with TurboTax.
IRS has all sorts of programs in process to verify information on taxpayers. TurboTax would not be informed about those inquiries.
