Since you are not taking itemized deductions you can delete this Form using the following Steps:
- Select Tax Tools from the menu on the left.
- Then select Tools.
- When the new menu pops up select Delete a Form.
- You will see a list of all the forms in your return.
- Find the form that you want to delete.
- Select the Form.
- Click Delete on the right
However, review your State returns closely to see if deductions from Form 1098 will benefit you on the State Tax returns and add these deductions in the State Interview section of your return. You can use your 2021 State returns as a guide/reference.
