After you file
I originally filed the initial return on over 3 weeks ago which to this day is still in pending status, and a rejection email was never received. I contacted support and was instructed to start over and re-enter the return from scratch correcting the rejection error in the new return. A rejection email was received but again the desktop software still stated pending.
Again, support was contacted and I was told to use the TurboTax online version or a different desktop version in hopes to eliminate the pending status. Again, a rejection email was received but the software is still pending and no option to fix the rejected return for error code IND-507.
Once all dependents were removed, it was submitted one last time. It was noticed, that software would make me click the "transmission" button twice to get it to go through each time. On the last transmission, I click once and decided to check the efile status and actually got an rejection "fix it" status. I fixed the error and again a rejected email was received but still in a pending status. Now I can't even mail it because it states its already been submitted. How is this problem going to be resolved? Is there a solution yet? Could it be rejecting now because it has be redone several even though that was the recommendation?
Please help!
