I did. After calling every single day! All day! Arguing with customers service reps, being given the run around. One day they will say the check was sent out on the 1st the next day they will say the check isn’t being sent out till the 13th. Then they sent me a form to my email and I had to get it signed and notarized saying that it’s me. I signed it for it notarized and sent it back then they said they never received the form. Finally after calling everyday for a little while longer and more arguing, I randomly got the check in the mail. Took about two months.
