After you file

If you are receiving the notification that your funds were deposited onto your Credit Karma Visa Debit Card, but you are receiving a different message elsewhere, please reach out to Credit Karma. You can contact them directly by going to Credit Karma Support page and select Credit Karma Spend Account from the dropdown menu.

 

If this doesn't totally address your concern, please provide us with additional (nonpersonal) information so we can further assist you.
