Where do I find If I submitted my tax returns already ? I get a message"You haven't filed a tax return",but when I try to submit it,it says I've filed already. Where ?

I get this message "You haven't filed your tax return yet
We just need you to sign and file your returns before you're done."

But then when I go through the process of submitting, I get " Your transmission did not go through " Duplicate SSN ". Well, OF COURSE, it's MY SSN on both federal tax returns, do they think my SSN is supposed to be different just because I have 2 different tax returns ?
Someone help me out here lol
