I have been trying to figure out how to remove a care provider entry from form 2441 and haven't been able to. I've seen posts to delete the form entirely, but I'm unsure if i can re-add it back. I also removed my W-2 as it has info on box 10 since my employer provider part of my sons care; i paid additional care throughout the year at a different location. I paid and went to review my paperwork one last time before filing and that's when i saw the duplicate entries. Does anyone know how i can remove one of them, or what i can do?
