To access the Tools menu in TurboTax Online:
- Sign in to your TurboTax Online account. This takes you to your Tax Home
- Open your return by selecting Continue or Pick up where you left off on the Hi [Your name], let's keep working on your taxes! page
- If you’ve already filed your return: from your Tax Home, scroll down to Your tax returns & documents. Select Add a state to open your return
- From here, new options will appear in the left pane
- Scroll down and select the Tax Tools dropdown
- Select either Tools or Print Center, as needed
