Turbo Tax prompted me to print document that I needed to mail in for my CO State Taxes. It wasn't working to print it at the moment, but now I can't find it again, Help!

This was a two page document and I looked through my tax return after downloading but nothing looks quite like I remember seeing.  This is my first time filing taxes in CO, not sure if mailing in this two page document is vital or not.  Looking for some guidance if anyone can help.
