They will almost certainly fix it for you. If it results in a reduction in your refund then you will receive the smaller amount as well as a letter explaining the changes. If it results in you owing money then you will receive a bill.
If they don't catch it (unlikely, but possible) then wait until you receive your refund and come back to TurboTax to amend your return.
