I think I put in the wrong state ID number and I think I may have put in an incorrect income amount from one of the boxes.. will the IRS fix it for me?

Is this a huge mistake that I need to amend or will they fix it for me? I made a small mistake last year and they fixed it but I don't know if they will fix it for me this year?
