After you file

Hi,

 

I have tried most of the recommended solutions to resolve my TurboTax problem.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no new results.   I still get the same error message.  
 
I thought it might be the CD so I tried to go into TurboTax and download it using the license code I have.  
It said the code was already used and to go to downloads.  When I went to downloads; there was no 
download shown/available, I'm currently at a loss of what to do other than purchase another CD or download.
 I have used this computer for the past 3 years without any problems.
I was given a form to get a refund for the program but it says it has to be within 60 days; I purchased this program CD on 2 December.
Any additional suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
