Hello, I have not used TTax in five years I paid extra and now for the first time filing in 13 years I have been stuck on pending for 48 hours no response. I have never had my acceptance take more than a few hours. What could the issue be is something holding up with TTax because its like why pay more to get such poor customer service. NO UPDATES, anyone have any insight? State is CA nd pending also.
