I believe I have always downloaded the current year TurboTax from a CD...as I did this year. However, I do have two accounts but I cannot see an option for updating my forgotten password for the account that I last accessed in 2017. That may not be the issue, since the 5 year history does show tax years 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019...not 2020 or 2021.
