I e-filed in 2021. My Turbo Tax account shows both Federal and State were accepted. And when I try to connect with the IRS to check on the status of my refund, they say they can not provide information on my refund and to contact my tax software provider. It really feels like Turbo Tax is so crooked in their business practices.
