How do I submit a refund request for purchasing TurboTax through the mobile app?
I prematurely purchased the TurboTax prep on the mobile app but then found another tax service that was cheaper. So I ended up not filing with TurboTax. Am I still able to get a refund and if so, how do I go about doing so?
