Yes, you can amend your return to add the Form 1098-E, but do not do so until you have received your refund (assuming you are expecting a refund). Do not make any changes to your return unless and until you start the amended return. Your original return needs to be exactly as it was filed, when you start the amended return. The amend function in TurboTax is not year available, but should be in late February.
