After you file
If you still have your old computer, you should be able to save the files from there by using a flash drive, then transfer to your new computer. If you're referring to a prior-year's returns, you'll need to download and install the TurboTax software for that year so that the program will open the files. That is, unless you have those files as a PDF on your old computer.
Any returns you prepared using the Desktop software on your old computer should be saved on the hard drive there.
