After you file
No, you would not start the process over. One option to help with a corrupted file, is to do the following:
- Save all the files onto a flash drive
- Uninstall all TurboTax versions
- Next search for TurboTax after the uninstall on C: drive
- Next do a fresh install of TurboTax
