:I don't know what Turbo Tax version you filed your Federal in so I am not sure if it would be free,this however should get you back in to file your state.
Please try this:
- Log into your account and go to the 2016 Tax Timeline.
- Scroll to "Some things you can do."
- Choose "Add a state". (you're not really adding another one; that's just to open the return back up.)
- Then you can finish, review, and file the state return.
