I Haven't received refund for 2019 and did not file last year because of PTSD from war frustration. What do I need to do

My wife died Dec 1st 2020. I filed married joint. I got notified that irs wanted death certificate. I sent certificate aug 1 the same day I received this request. Still have not received refund
