@MoniqueLO_ No offense to you but this is Turbotax, Credit Karma and Inuits mistake. Again no offense but I am pretty sure we all followed the directions per Turbotax and Credit Karma's instructions. This is a direct problem with the companies software or their procedures and not due to customer error! I am just guessing but I think anyone of us customers who are wondering where our money is has already double and triple checked what they input. AGAIN NOT A CONSUMER ISSUE! THIS IS AN ISSUE WITH EITHER FALSE ADVERTISEMENT OR FAULTY PRODUCT! EITHER WAY TURBOTAX NEEDS TO FIX IT NOW! YOU PROMISED SOMETHING AND YOU DIDN'T DELIVER IT. MY BOOK THAT'S CALLED THEFT! I UNDERSTAND YOU WERE JUST TRYING TO HELP BUT UNDERSTAND WE HAVE ALL JUST SPENT COUNTLESS HOURS DEALING WITH THIS AND THE ANSWER YOU PROVIDED IS BASICALLY WHAT WE HAVE HEARD FROM EVERYONE WHO HAS DONE NOTHING BUT GIVE US THE RUN AROUND. TECHNICAL ISSUE'S ARE NOT THE CONSUMERS PROBLEM. THEY ARE YOURS!
