I asked for some real insight, not for you to copy and paste the same thing not once but twice. I received the email saying my efile was submitted successfully last Friday but on the IRS website, when I sign in to my account, not only can the wheres my refund tool not find my return. My actual tax account says there is no record of a return having been filed. Why do I feel like TurboTax has found some new way to screw us out of our refunds. I was approved for a refund advan e too which is probably why you guys are dragging your feet. If I dont get an honest answer today, I am calling the IRS, or better yet, I will go downtown to their office at the Federal building.
