After you file
When you file as married filing jointly you only file one tax return for the two of you. You include all the information and all the income for both of you on the one joint tax return. You will have to wait until your husband's tax return has been processed, then amend it to add all of your income and other information, including your daughter.
The tax return that you file is not a transcript. A transcript is a document you can get from the IRS that shows information about your tax return. You can't get a transcript until after the IRS has finished processing your tax return.
