Do/should people under 18 get 100% of their taxes back?

I am 16 years old and I paid a little more then $700 in taxes in 2022. Currently, TurboTax is saying I will get around $400 back, but somewhere I heard that I should be getting all of it back because I am under 18. Is this true?
