After you file
No, once your return has been transmitted, you cannot get it back or change it. You will have to wait until your return gets accepted or rejected. If it gets accepted, you will have to amend your return to make any corrections. Do not amend until your original return has been fully processed, the IRS does catch some mistakes.
If your return gets rejected, you can fix the errors and then re-e-file.
