You can't make changes to an already filed tax return in TurboTax Online. If the IRS adjusted your filed tax return, just keep the letter of explanation they sent or will send (see xmasbaby's post above this one) with your tax records. That letter will explain what steps to take in the event you dispute their adjustment.
Your tax return in TurboTax will always reflect your return as it appeared when you filed it. There is no need or no option to go back in and make it match to the changes the IRS made.
