I file my taxes last year, a few week later after filing I was informed that I would not be receiving my full refund. However, after care reviewing I received another 2nd letter from the IRS stating that I would be receiving the amount deducted from the previous filed.
The letter stated refunds would be sent out within 6-15weeks at that time. So I waited out my time. I herd
nothing.
So on January 17, 2023 I called to inquire about my check and they stated my check was sent to Turbo Tax back on May 11, 2022. To date, I have not heard anything from Turbo Tax. I have been on this system trying to get my check patiently before perhaps having to seek counsel.
