The first tax return I filed via TurboTax online in 2019 is marked as "not filed"/not existing in my IRS account. What can I do?

2019 was the first year in which I had to file a tax return. Any attempts to contact TurboTax or IRS failed as I'm living abroad - I don't have a US telephone number and couldn't call the given customer service numbers.
