Sure, I can contact support and spend hours waiting on the phone as others have noted in other posts. My point is these basic installation issues should not be occurring each year. Many people have posted regarding download and installation issues for multiple tax years.  In addition, I just installed Premier and I have the exact same problem as Business.  In Premier I eventually got State to download by randomly clicking my mouse all over the page. However, no such luck with Business.  I have also tried about 10 different screen resolutions,  including 800X600 and no luck. I also ran TTAX in windowed and full-screen mode since this was an installation that other user (including myself) had a few years ago. Inuit programmers need to do a better job on their QA during their software development phase.  From what I can see from the posts, there hve been many frustrated users over the years.
