After you file

> No one from TurboTax is going to fix your tax return. TurboTax is do-it-yourself tax software.

The TurboTax website automatically pulled my info from those same W2s to calculate 80% of what I entered while filing through TurboTax.

Still waiting on more info on what specifically was incorrect the first time I submitted. NJ Division of Taxation simply asked me to re-submit copies of my W2s and 1099s to their website. I did so, and they wrote back saying they determined my actual refund is pretty close to 0.

The phone number is sending me in circles of automated messages and refusing to connect me to a human. Even when I have a support ID generated from the chat bot while logged in, they still can't find my account (the automated service that is), so I'm never able to get through to a human.

That's what I will have to do (now and every year going forward really), but I was hoping some part of the "100% accurate guarantee" would at least entitle me to a quick review by a human for any glaring errors when it is clear something went wrong during filing.
