Yeah I called customer service. I only have one account, and they show I did file through turbo tax in 2020. They could not find any other info. So I has to do an account recovery and upload my ID and get a case number. Hopefully I will get some info once they figure this out. So you have not been helpful at all especially with assuming I was in the wrong. So despite your belief that everyone you deal with is a *bleep* idiot they are not. You were wrong.
