I received an inquiry from the IRS saying form 8995 and schedule 3 are incomplete or missing from my return. I do not completing those lines on my return, how to verify?

My return shows $1.00 on line 13 form 1040. Line 20 shows $11.00.  I do not know what these would have been associated with as I do not have a business - what steps should I take?
