What do I do if I never got my return and I spoke to someone at the IRS and they said I have to talk to someone at turbo tax but it's a previous return. Cant reach anyone

I filled a return for 2020. I received my CA state return. Never got my Federal return. It's 701 minus my turbo tax fee leaves around 400 and some change. I talked to IRS who was very helpful and they showed me proof it was issued and sent. My bank also showed me proof I never received it. Last record of federal return received was back in 2021. Where my money turbo tax?
