Hello, we mailed out our hard copy taxes 2021 taxes Mid March 2022 with form W7 for my husband's ITIN. They requested more evidence in August and it was sent on time. Finally we received the ITIN number end of November. I've been trying to check the status online, but the answer is that the information does not match their records
What to do now, wait for the refund to be deposited? Or should we e-file with the ITIN? We were working on his immigrant status and he must be receiving his actual SSN anytime now, OR should we wait for the SSN and e-file with it.? What about the state taxes, when I check the status it doesn't match the records either.
