Cant Get in Contact with TurboTax Relating to Previous Orders.
Hi There,
I cant seem to contact TurboTax about my previous order, if I call it will tell me it cant verify my email and to use the help section once you are logged in. I have done this but it will either give you an ID to use when you call (which after you put it in during the call it gets stuck in the loop of confirming your account which it will once again say it has failed and that you should login and go to the help section) or it will say that they will get someone to assist you, they ask for your phone number and when you put it in they say "A specialist will call you in about 6 minutes at (Phone Number Here)" I then waited about 30-40 minutes and then sent the message "A specialist will call you in about 6 minutes at (Phone Number Here)" back to them along with several others and got, the response was then "Sorry, but I can't get you in touch with the right person to help you with this until you finish selecting a TurboTax product and begin working on your return..." "However, I'd encourage you to pose your question to the TurboTax Community for more immediate help ?" I just need to talk to a person for heavens sake, it shouldn't be this hard. please let me know how I can manage to talk to a person about my previous order.
