If you are talking about the settlement agreement between TurboTax and the state attorneys general, I don't think they have sent out any payments yet. If you are a Covered Consumer you will get a letter or email before the payment is sent. Most TurboTax users are not Covered Consumers.
The payment will not come from TurboTax or from Intuit. It will come from the Fund Administrator.
