Hi, I filled my 2019 taxes. Received a letter to verify my adentity. I called and verified everything. The agent fixed my address and told me everything was good, I should received my taxes no more than 3 weeks. Those 3 weeks became yrs now. Whenever I checked on irs.gov it said “information not available” . I haven’t received no stimulus, or any other help because of this issue. I tried contacting the irs but as everybody knows is impossible. I even follow the tips others offer here to get to talk to a representative and even tru there I haven’t been able to get anybody. On June of this yr a friend introduced me to a tax agent who did my 2020 taxes and added the 2019 aswell. To my surprise he told me somebody else already filled the 2020 taxes so he had to send it tru mail. Despite me asking him for a copy of everything or an email , anything, he didn’t do it. I can’t get a hold of him and now when I enter my info on the irs website it says my info is incorrect. I haven’t received no calls, no emails, no letters. I can’t get help anywhere. I am so frustrated. I don’t know what else to do.
