I received my refund yesterday. I thought I would get my $1400.00 stimulus. I am behind on some years simple 1040. I thought if I submitted my 2021 taxes by Nov 15 it said I would get my stimulus , I haven’t received any stimulus. I filled out the form showing I qualify for it. I’m wondering if I owed , they treated as an over payment . My refund was $528.00. I just thought they cannot use it for payment.
