How can I get it to show the filed 2017 information on my amended return? I did the return via a disk.

I did my 2017 tax return from a disk and saved it my computer.  My computer crashed and lost the data.  So I had to rebuild my 2017 tax return from my paper copy.  When I did the amendment, my original 2017 tax return information does not show on the amendment, on the amendment data.
