Why are you not giving your customers answers... I have been using you'll for years ... this year is a total nightmare. Is it so difficult to resolve issues with your loyal customers? I guess you don't need the business anymore? TPG has earned the reputation as an unprofessional unreliable incompetent, disrespectful and unethical company and they are associated with you'll.... that's just awful....
